Recycled Reader

At Kidz1st we are strong believers and proponents of literacy. We also know that reading can change children's and family's lives altogether. That is why we created Recycled Reader, this is an extension of the national Reach out and Read Program.

Kidz1st has received thousands of donations of gently used books throughout the years, because of this we have the opportunity to offer a book to EVERY child that comes into our office.

At "Check Out" you will find a book shelf with books ranging in age from infant to teens! There is something available for every age and interest!

On average, we give out over 300 gently used books each month and have given out over 30,000 gently used books to children in the first 10 years since the program began in July 2011.
