Kidz1st Patient’s Portal



Kidz1st EHR (electronic health records) allows our families access to certain sections of your child’s chart.

Each portal is patient specific, which means that each child will have their own account and will have to be individually signed in.

After your child turns 18 yrs. old, he/she will have to sign up and they will be the only ones with access to that information. It will be their choice to share it with parents or not.


Our patient portal can be used for:

  • Medication Refills
  • Appointment Requests/Cancellations
  • Vaccine Records
  • Non-emergency questions to our providers
  • Updates and questions on patient’s chronic conditions like ADHD, asthma, …
  • Diagnostic test results
  • Growth charts
  • Immunization records
  • Specialist’s consult notes
  • Review the visit you recently had with your child (you will only find the visits completed after you signed up your child to the portal)
